Ilminster Midsummer Experience (IMEx) The Ilminster Midsummer Experience (IMEx) is an annual festival celebrating and promoting Ilminster and its community. Held during the second weekend of June, it offers a variety of activities organized by IMEx or facilitated in collaboration with local community groups. The event aims to showcase the town's diversity and raise its profile in the surrounding area. As a Community Interest Company, all organizers and directors are volunteers, with any surplus retained to benefit the community. IMEx provides administrative and practical assistance for various local events throughout the year.
